The project is rooted in Nepalese ownership and rests on a substantial landholding of approximately 204 ropanis, meeting the essential requirements of both the affiliating university and the professional council.

Adhering to the guidelines set forth by the Ministry of Health and Population, Government of Nepal, as outlined in the "Guidelines and Infrastructure Directions for Establishment and Operation of Private and Non-Government Health Institutions, 2070," GMC ensures that its infrastructure is meticulously arranged to meet the specified standards.

In its commitment to fostering accessible education, the college extends the gesture of free tuition fees to ten percent of students nominated by the Nepal Government. Gandaki Medical College aspires to establish a comprehensive 900-bed teaching hospital, equipped with a wide array of clinical and medical facilities, thereby elevating the standard of healthcare services. Presently, the Gandaki Medical College Teaching Hospital and Research Centre Pvt. Ltd. boasts a capacity of 550 beds, strategically located in Prithivi Chowk of Pokhara Lekhnath Metropolitan City-9. Plans are underway to augment this capacity by an additional 200 beds within the current year.
