Important Dates for BITSAT 2025

BITSAT (Birla Institute of Technology & Science admission test) 2025, the admission form for this examination has been released from 14th Mar 2025 onwards.

• Deadline to apply online for BITSAT-2022: 10th Jun 2025 (5.00 pm)
• Editing/Revision (online) in the application form by candidates: Jun 08-12,2022
• Test center allotment and announcement to candidates: 14th June 2025
• Candidates to reserve Test date and slot: June 17-22,2022
• Candidates to download the admit card with instructions: June 25,2022
• BITSAT Online tests: Jul 02-09,2022*
• Apply for admission with 12th marks & Preferences: July 15 to August 31 2022

BITSAT Application Form 2025

BITS Pilani has released BITSAT application form for 2025 on 14 Mar 2025. Students can apply BITSAT application form till 10 Jun 2025. The application procedure for BITSAT 2025 is mentioned below:

• ◉ Candidates can apply for BITSAT exam through online mode.
• ◉ BITSAT 2025 Application Form has been released via online mode from 08-12 Jun 2025.
• ◉ Fill the registration details like Name, Gender, Date of Birth, E mail, etc. and submit it.
• ◉ After registration fill other details like basic details, 10th exam, 12th exam, test centre preference, etc.
• ◉ Make the fee payment using online or offline mode.
• ◉ After submitting application form, don’t forget to keep extra printouts of application for further use.

How to Apply:

Registration:

• ► Candidates have to register the application form of BITSAT 2025 with email ID, Password, desired course & Nationality.
• ► After register your account, the Activation link will be sent in your mail box. Please confirm your account by clicking the activation link given and to reach the next step. Email contains the information regarding registration ID, Password, Course apply for, fees to be deposited, necessary documents/certificates to be uploaded, copy of prospectus etc.

Filling the application form:

• ► After Completing Registration, Candidates have to fill the BITSAT 2025 application form with student's education, personal, category, preferred exam centre, courses, gender, etc. All details provided in the BITSAT 2025 application form have to be valid details, for personal details, Council Registration No., Academic Information and other required details

Uploading Scanned Documents:

• ► Candidates need to upload their passport size photograph & signature as per the mentioned specifications.

Payment of Application Fee:

• ► Candidates have to pay the application fee through debit card, credit card, net banking.

Application Fee:

• ◉ The application fee will be Rs. 2900/- for female candidates and Rs. 3400/- for other candidates.
• ◉ The fee payment can be done through credit or debit card, net banking and cash payment at ICICI Bank.
• ◉ In case of choosing Dubai country as an exam centre, then students have to pay US $ 90 (Rs. 6300/-) for both male & female candidates.

BITSAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualifying Exam: 

(i) For admission to B. E: Candidate must have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognized board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English.

(ii) For admission to B. Pharm: Candidate must have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognized board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, and English. However, candidates with PCM may also apply for the Pharmacy program.

Subjects: Candidates must have PCM subjects with adequate expertise in English. However, students with PCM topics can also relate to the pharmacy.

Minimum Marks: For qualifying this exam, candidates should have obtained 75% in PCM/PCB and also have scored a minimum of 60% marks in each subject.

Appearing Candidates: Students appearing in the 12th exams in the year 2019 can also apply to this exam

Age Limit: The students should have minimum age 21 years and maximum age 32 years old as on 1st Aug, 2025. Their upper age limit relaxation for the following categories:

• ◉ 5 years - Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST)
• ◉ 3 years - Other Backward Classes (OBC)

BITSAT Exam Pattern

• ◉ Duration: The duration will be total three hours (without break).
• ◉ Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted in computer based mode.
• ◉ Type of Question: The question paper will contain multiple choice questions.
• ◉ Marking Scheme: Three marks will be given for each correct answer.
• ◉ Negative Marking: One mark will be deducted for a wrong answer.
• ◉ Number of Question: Total 150 questions will be asked.

BITSAT Admit Card 2025 :

The BITSAT Admit Card 2025 will be released in mid of 25, June 2025. The admit card carries all the personal and exam related information which is very important for the exam point of view. If you forget to bring your BITSAT Admit card on the examination day, then you will not be allowed to sit in the exam. After the successful completion of the exam, the admission process will be started from 23 Aug 2025. The Bits examination board will be published BITSAT Hall Ticket 2025 on the official website.

BITSAT Cut Off 2025 :

The cutoff is the least Marks which will be decided by the intuitions to shortlist the candidate. If any aspirants will score less than cutoff list then he/she will not get admission in any of the BITs institutions. The Candidates who will get marks equals to BITSAT Cutoff 2025 will be permitted to get enroll in Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) for the technology integrated courses. The BITSAT 2025 Result & admit list will be released on First Week of Aug 2025. Usually, BITSAT exam has the high standards. The Birla Education Trust will be published BITSAT Results 2025 only on the official website of the BITs. 

BITSAT 2025 Selection Procedure:

• ◉ The applicants will be solely selected on the basis of Merit List. This Merit list will be generated out of the score obtained by candidates and on the basis of this score they’ll place in the order of ranking and thus a merit list will be formed.

No. of Attempts: - A candidate can apply only two times for BITSAT.

Counselling:

• ► BITSAT 2025 counselling will be conducted after announcement of results. BITSAT 2025 PG Counselling will be expected to month of Sep 2025. 
• ► Candidates will be invited to counselling based on their Merit List.
• ► Candidates must carry the required documents such as mark sheets of the 10^th and 12^th exam or its equivalent examination, Transfer certificate, Admit card, Passport Size Photographs and Relevant certificates.
